
Magic Crumbs apply quickly and are easy to use. It can be used dry or with a marinade or dressing. We find that just a little brush of olive oil on your protein works great. It helps the Magic Crumbs adhere even more and doesn't intrude on their flavor.
One thing to remember-don't be afraid to be creative and mix and match flavors and proteins. We've found that some of our creative and innovative customers have given us some great ideas that even we hadn't thought of yet.
magic CRUMBS have a 1 year shelf life, are all natural, low or reduced fat, and have 0 trans fats.
magic CRUMBS are easy to use and can be applied to dry meat/seafood but for increased adherence it is best to wet either the meat/seafood or the crumbs. magic CRUMBS can be prepared by mixing in a small amount of oil and/or water prior to applying it to the meat/seafood, or the meat/seafood can be lightly coated with oil or other flavor based marinade before applying the crust.

How much to use:
Step 1. Wetting magic CRUMBS: Measure 3 oz of magic CRUMBS and 2 Tb of water for each pound of meat/seafood into a bowl and mix. Incorporate all of the water into magic CRUMBS. Do not make a bulk amount of magic CRUMBS ahead of time; make the magic CRUMBS mixture as needed.
Or, for an even lower fat alternative:
Step 1. Wetting the Meat/Seafood: Measure 3 oz of magic CRUMBS for each pound of meat/seafood to be crusted into a bowl. Lightly brush each piece of meat/seafood with oil or flavor marinade.
Step 2. Take one piece of the meat/seafood, place in bowl, and cover with magic CRUMBS. Pat down the magic CRUMBS well so it sticks to the meat/seafood. Remember you are only coating one side of the meat/seafood. Repeat with the remaining meat/seafood. If there is any magic CRUMBS left in the bowl, add it to the top of the meat/seafood.
Oven Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly oil a sheet pan. Place the meat/seafood on the pan. Cook the fillets 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until desired doneness. Do not turn/flip the meat/seafood during cooking.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium temperature. Place meat/seafood on a lightly oiled grill, close grill cover and cook for approximately 12 minutes per in of thickness, or until desired doneness.
